Shipping + Orders

If you’re in the lower 48, we use UPS Ground Saver - UPS picks up the package and takes it to your local post office where it is then handed off to USPS who takes care of the last mile of delivery. If you’re in AK, HI or outside the U.S. your order will be shipped USPS First Class/Priority depending on weight and destination. IMPORTANT: If USPS does not recognize your physical address, PLEASE use your P.O. Box or leave us a note during checkout requesting UPS Ground to your residence. All commercial addresses will be shipped to via UPS Ground.

Depending on location and carrier, 2-7 business days. If you need rush shipping, reach out to us at hey@shopyouer.com and we'll try to accommodate! We do all our shipping and warehouse in-house and are only human so your order may take a couple of days to leave our warehouse. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Yes! International rates are calculated at checkout and do not include any import duties and tariffs. We do not currently offer international returns.

Orders within the U.S. over $150, ship for free. All other U.S. orders cost an $11 flat rate fee. International rates are calculated at checkout and do not include any import duties and tariffs.

In your cart, you'll see the option to add Navidium Shipping Protection for a small additional fee. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING THIS! This is your insurance policy against loss, theft and damage. In the event your package suffers any of those fates, we'll replace it for you if you've purchased Navidium. If you do NOT purchase this, we CANNOT replace your order and you'll be very sad.

If you purchased Navidium Shipping Protection (a small additional fee in your shopping cart when you checked out) then send pictures of the damaged package to hey@shopyouer.com and we'll get it replaced for you. If you DID NOT purchase shipping protection, there's nothing we can do.

We accept returns on full-priced products that are unworn/unwashed/new within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See our full policy linked below.

As long as your product meets our return criteria, yes! Exchanges are free and you can click the link below to start the process where you'll be able to select what you'd like as a replacement. Note, starting an exchange does not hold/reserve inventory. We process exchanges in the order they are received. If the chosen item is not in stock by the time we receive your exchange we'll reach out to you.

Please allow up to 10 days after receipt of your return for a refund to be issued. If you have not received a refund after 10 days, refer to ourReturn Policy as your return may have been rejected. As noted, we do not send out courtesy emails in the event of a rejection.

Product + Sizing

While we do offer them, we sorta hate sizing charts. So, you'll see sizing VIDEOS on nearly all our products! Check the 'how it fits' dropdown on the product pages to see what things look like on lots of bodies. Once you find your size in one thing, it's likely you'll wear the same size in everything from Youer - we design all our garments from the same block of measurements for consistency.

We're proudly USA made and our partner factory is based in Los Angeles California! They've been in the game for decades, run a very tight a regulated ship and are masters of manufacturing.

Most of our fabrics are made abroad as there's very little domestic technical apparel production. We source fabrics from China, Taiwan, Canada and El Salvador.

We include washing instructions on all of our clothing, but here's what we recommend: Machine wash cold, air dry when you can, tumble dry when you can't. Air drying will increase the longevity of your garment and prevent pilling.

YES! We have a very fun and colorful building in Missoula's Slant Street neighborhood at 826 Kern St. This is our office, warehouse and HQ and also has a fun showroom with our fullest product selection. Our team is generally there to assist you M-Fr, 9-5.

Yes! On our site at checkout, you'll see a 'pickup in store' option for local zip codes. It's free! Orders will be packed for picup within 2-4 days of placing and you'll receive an email when it's ready to pick up.

As a rapidly growing business, it can be difficult for us to predict demand. Our drops can sell out quickly and be chaotic. Items on pre-order mean that we sold out fast and we're scrambling to make more for you and wanted to give you the opportunity to buy them before they sell out again. All pre-order items have an estimated shipping date listed on the product page and inside the cart at checkout.
