Measuring, to get the right size
In advance of our first fall product drop (Wednesday 8/25 @ noon MST!), we want to share our tips for how to properly measure yourself to get you in the right size.
We’ve made a ton of changes to the leggings we’re launching, so forget what you know about how past leggings fit, and use this handy guide to help you measure properly to shop our first drop.
If you want to watch instead of read, here's a video guide.
Size charts are always challenging - we’ve all been there, where you measure yourself and somehow your chest is a medium, waist is a large, and hips are a small - so what the heck size do I order?
Well, our general rule is to size for your largest measurement. I.e., if you’re measuring for leggings and unsure which size to buy, buy the size that your hips (your largest measurement) tell you to.
But the best part of shopping with a small company, is that you can reach out to us directly for sizing help and we’ll personally assist you. Shoot us an email with your sizing questions to fitme@shopyouer.com
The main points of measuring are:
Chest - the widest part of your boobs, generally across your nipples.
Waist - the narrowest part of your body - this is different for everyone, but generally at the bottom of your ribs.
Hips - the widest part of your body, aka the fattest part of your ass. No, it’s not actually on your hip bones.
Inseam - this is the length of the pant/legging from your crotch to the top of your ankle. It’s where the pants will sit. We don’t offer multiple inseam lengths in our styles, but it’s helpful to know if they’ll be too short, too long, or just right.
