Our packaging is sexy, isn’t it? ⁠Plastic-free sustainable packaging is pretty darn cool. Our ‘poly’ bags are not made from poly at all (poly is plastic fyi)– they’re made from veggie starch! Tubers and corn so they’ll decompose in your home compost! They have a luxe matte finish that’s slightly opaque which looks and feels super elegant. ⁠

The brown paper envelope your stuff comes in can also be composted. Or recycled! It’s made from recycled paper that is unbleached and undyed So just rip off the shipping label, and you’re good to go.

Packaging has such a short life, but in our digital world EVERYTHING arrives in packaging. So we’ve put serious thought and effort into making that short life create as little environmental impact as possible. Yes, it takes some intention to dispose of your package in a responsible way, BUT we try to make it as easy as possible. You know those annoying plastic ‘feathers’ that attach tags to your clothes and leave holes in them when you pull them out? Well we don’t use them! We’ve replaced them with string + brass pins to make our packaging 100% plastic-free. It takes a little more effort (and costs a little more), but there’s no other way we’d consider doing business. It’s the details that define us and keep things interesting. ⁠
